Check the file unzip and place it in your save directory. I have many mods installed and my skyrim locked up all the time until I uninstalled skymomod.

What is the mod manager you are using? And also other "log spammers" are: Do you already have an account?

Now it should work. I loved the new monsters when I tried this mod ages ago, but found it would not function properly ingame the monster would unerringly come charging at me from their location, no matter the distance, and could not be dissuaded or hidden from by any means, eventually leading to death by mobbing no matter what.
